Winning
Bring WINNING in-house: a private Tenancy Tribunal masterclass for your whole team.
Most people treat the Tenancy Tribunal like the dentist: avoid thinking about it until they're in the chair. A high-performing team can't afford that. WINNING is now available as a private, in-house half-day masterclass, delivered on-site for your agency so everyone works from the same Tribunal playbook.
This isn't a lecture or a compliance box-tick. It's a practical working session that helps your people prevent avoidable disputes, prepare sharper cases, use AI with judgement, and present as the calm, credible professional in the room. We tailor the scenarios and workshop exercises to your team's real operating environment.
What your team will get
Spot and address tenancy risks before they escalate into formal disputes
Build cleaner chronologies, evidence bundles and Tribunal applications
Communicate with tenants in a way that is firm, reasonable and defensible
Use AI responsibly to cut administrative grunt work without outsourcing professional judgement
Apply a repeatable internal framework for Tribunal preparation and presentation
Put the new Residential Tenancies (Managing Methamphetamine Contamination) Regulations 2026 into practice through real-world scenarios
Format and investment
WINNING in-house is delivered as one half-day session at a venue of your choosing. The fee covers delivery of the session for your team, including preparation and workshop materials.
